Senior Administrative coordinator I - Small Animal Client Liaison
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8pm to 5pm
Customer Service Associate I - Small Animal ER Liaison
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm

What you need to know
Location All positions will be located onsitein College Station, Texas.
Schedule Assigned schedule depends on department and/or role. Positions may require flexibility toworkalternate shifts, holidays, weekends, and/or 'on-call duty'. Please Note: Persons in this position are considered essential when the University declares an emergency, campus closure, class cancellations, etc.
SalaryAll positions included in this posting offer a starting rate of $15.85 per hour Compensation and classification are based on the needs of the department and the analysis of the qualifications during the recruitment process. Final compensation may vary based on specialty service and the level of responsibility assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Administrative Associate IHigh school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and one yearof experience in general office or clerical work.
Administrative Associate IIandCustomer Service Associate I High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and two yearsof experience in general office or clerical work.
Administrative Associate IIIandCustomer Service Associate II High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and three yearsof experience in general office or clerical work.
Administrative Associate IV High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and four yearsof experience in general office or clerical work.
Administrative Associate VandCustomer Service Associate III High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and fiveyearsof experience in general office or clerical work.
Senior Administrative Coordinator I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and six years of experience in office administration.

Some of the Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service Support:Provide professionalin person, phone, and email support. Welcome and check in visitors, respond to inquiries, and guide customers toappropriate resources Maintain confidentiality andassistwith resolving routine concerns.
Administrative Operations:Perform daily office tasks including scheduling, filing, scanning, and data entry. Prepare, proofread, and update documents and correspondence. Support departmental staff with general administrative needs.
Records and Data Management:Maintainaccuraterecords, files, and documentation. Enter and retrieve data, prepare reports, and verify required forms or customer documentation.
Policy, Compliance, and Procedure Support:Apply and communicate organizational policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to department standards and contribute to improvements in processes or workflows.
Teamwork:Work cooperatively with staff and student employees. Provide guidance or cross training to team members as needed to support consistent service delivery
