What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and efficient experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing outstanding service
- Assisting customers with purchases and answering questions
- Operating cash registers and handling cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately
- Stocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Safely selling age-restricted products, including alcohol, tobacco, and lottery items
- Working collaboratively with teammates to support daily store operations
- Adapting to changing business needs and helping wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
