Job Duties

  • Under strict supervision, ensures accurate and timely processing of orders and related requisitions.
  • Acts as a contact with affiliates, field PSL, and sales personnel.
  • May create invoices and shipping documentation.
  • Facilitates movements of materials to support PSL operations.
  • Performs data inquiries to obtain order status and check availability of materials.
  • Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements.
  • Coordinates cross-center and vendor supplied orders as required and monitors those shipments.
  • Works with Law Department to ensure export compliance and stays current regarding international material movements and shipping regulations.

Qualifications

  • Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
