What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who walks through the door. From greeting guests and assisting with purchases to stocking shelves and creating eye-catching displays, no two shifts are exactly the same.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Shifts for this role may vary between mornings and afternoons, making it a great fit for someone who values variety in their schedule and enjoys helping customers throughout the busiest parts of the day.

In this role you’ll:

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Assist customers with purchases and transactions
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays
• Handle cash, credit card, lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales responsibly
• Work closely with teammates to keep the store running smoothly
• Adapt to changing business needs and help where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Dependable and comfortable working overnight or third-shift hours
