Job Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - Pharmacy

Polar Speed UPS, Site 1, Chartmoor Road, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 4WG

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week, split shifts each week - 8am to 4.40pm, and 9.30am to 6pm

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

Deal directly with clients by phone and email

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and raise complaints where appropriate

Order processing and invoicing

Provide pricing and delivery information

Comminicate and collaborate with all internal departtments

Update and maintain accurate patient records on the patient database

Recognise and report adverse events in accordance with SOP and within the specified timeline

Rotate around the treatment therapies to develop a full skill set in all functions of the department

Perform any general administration duties required to ensure the smooth running of the department

Additional tasks may be requeste by the Seniors and Team Leaders, when appropriate to the skills and responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate

Specialised Knowledge and Requirements:

Excellent telephone manner

Excellent organisational skills, show initiative and be proactive

Must have a good eye for detail, be able to work well under pressure and be a quick learner

Good working knowledge of IT packages: Word, Excel, Polar Track, Iternet/Intranet, Masternaut, Teams

Team player mentality with ability to work on own initiative and influence others

Must apprecaite the need for retaining confidentiality
