
Ice Box Liquor is looking for customer service assistants across ALL our stores
If you are:
• A customer service superstar
• Have your RSA competency card or are happy to obtain this
• Are flexible with working hours, including days/evenings/weekends/public holidays
• Detail-oriented and motivated to make a store shine
• Fit and able to manually move stock
• Have retail or similar experience
• Then, we have a role for you at our Ice Box Liquor store.
As part of our customer service team, you will:
• Provide superior service to all our customers
• Develop rapport and ongoing customer relationships with our locals
• Maintain eye-catching merchandising (make suggestions – we value your input!)
• Ensure stock is managed and maintained daily, including;
• Receiving stock loads
• Replenishment
• Tidying and cleaning
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beer - staying up to date with trends
