Contract: 12 month FTC. Candidates who meet the required assessment criteria at interview but are not offered the available FTC position will be placed in a talent pool and considered for future vacancies as they arise.
We are an open-access train operator linking the North East and West Yorkshire with London, which means we don't get any sort of help from the government and our only loyalty is to our customers - it's in our interest to give you the best journey possible. We've been connecting London Kings Cross, Yorkshire and the North East since 2007. To be successful in the role, you will need to have a passion for customer service, be able to use your initiative and adapt to changing scenarios day to day. Grand Central run services from 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week, so an ability to work a variety of shifts across all seven days is crucial.
