We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Assist customers with placing, modifying, or cancelling orders.
  • Provide accurate information about products, prescriptions, and delivery timelines.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or MedTech sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Commitment to customer privacy and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if required.
