We have a new role in our client services team, based in our Riga office. The Client Services Assistant will provide outstanding operational support to our clients: banks, payment service providers, and other financial institutions. This role will report to the Head of Client Services.

What You'll Do
1. Monitor, facilitate and troubleshoot client operations, including but not limited to:
2. Act as point of contact for client inquiries, requests and complaints, including but not limited to:
3. Act as a first line of defense concerning AML, FinCrime and sanction risk- and compliance-related issues
4. Assist with compliance requests, as instructed by CSMs
5. Log, resolve and escalate issues, as appropriate
6. Prepare reference letters
7. Collaborate with other Clear Junction department teams to address clients' needs and assure adherence to rules and guidelines
