Job Description


Our growing countertop company is seeking an

Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist

to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing estimates for custom countertops, educating customers on products and services, answering phones, completing paperwork, and scheduling template appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries


  • Provide estimates to customers


  • Provide information about the products and services


  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns


  • Document and update customer records based on interactions


  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • Order materials and maintaining inventory count


  • Clean, organize, and maintain showroom displays


  • Track, order, and prepare samples


  • Data entry as needed


  • General administrative tasks


  • Process customer payments


  • Additional responsibilities as needed


Requirements


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields


  • Willing to trained in Estimation


  • Ability to build rapport with clients


  • Ability to prioritize and multitask


  • Positive and professional demeanor


  • Strong organizational skills


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
