Member Experience and Sales Specialist

Workout Anytime Somerset is looking for a high-energy, friendly team member to join our growing gym family. This position is much more than sitting behind a front desk. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people take the first step toward achieving their fitness goals.

This role combines membership sales, customer engagement, lead follow-up, and front desk responsibilities. For the right candidate, there may be future opportunities to grow into a hybrid role that includes personal training and fitness coaching.

## Help Launch a Brand-New Gym

Once our doors are open, this position will be a combination of member services, membership sales, and front desk operations.

## What You'll Do

• Sales and selling memberships is a priority
• Welcome members and guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Conduct gym tours and introduce prospective members to our facility
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Build relationships with current and prospective members
• Assist with membership sales and enrollment
• Check members in and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Answer questions about memberships, amenities, and services
• Help create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere for all members
• Support gym marketing and community outreach efforts
• Assist with light cleaning and facility upkeep as needed

## What We're Looking For

• EVENING HOUR AVAILABILITY, PREFERABLY WEEKDAYS UP TO 9PM, POSSIBLY SOME DAYTIME HOURS
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships
• Customer service experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with prospective members
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
