OneTouch Direct is currently seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales by offering products and services to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote and sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Process orders and update customer accounts with accurate information
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service and sales roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems
