You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and delivering high-quality customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include

• Providing commercial and administrative support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Managing order entry, order processing, and shipment coordination.
• Coordinating transportation arrangements and liaising with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Preparing documentation, processing correspondence, maintaining databases, and organizing records.
• Supporting the development and execution of commercial and customer service activities.
• Preparing reports and analyzing data to support operational and business decision-making.
• Building strong relationships through effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Delivering excellent customer service through phone, email, and online interactions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and logistics processes.

To succeed in this role, you combine a customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and communication skills. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment.

Who you are

• BA/MA in Business Administration, Languages and Business Relations, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, order management, or a similar role.
• Passion about providing outstanding customer experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Structured and organized approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken and native Portuguese. Other languages are a plus.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is considered is a plus.
