Job Description

Performs basic administrative and general customer service duties. Arrange of transportation for local and international deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate customer services, secure that procedures are being followed;
  • Smooth order processing with optimal economic efficiency and maximum customer service;
  • Plan shipments and provide instructions to the warehouse on the preparation of deliveries;
  • Maintain administration and customer files;
  • Proactively participate in order prediction by running reports and contacting customers;
  • Prepare colleagues as backup and act as backup during absence of CS&Demand planner, RM&Production Planner;
  • Preparation and checking of shipping documents;
  • Arrangement of transportation (trucks, collective cargoes, multi-modal) for local and international deliveries;
  • Timely and accurate communication, administration and documentation on customer services and sales activities (internally and externally);
  • Customer retention improvement.
  • Qualifications

    • High education (economy is preferable)
    • Experience in a customer service environment
    • Strong written and oral communication
    • Proficient with computer systems, including MS Office, word, excel, PowerPoint
    • Attention to detail
