Job Description

Become a vital part of a global leader in climate control products as a Customer Service and Inventory Associate. This role focuses on supporting customers and managing product inventory efficiently.

Located in Albuquerque, NM, this contract position involves assisting customers by evaluating their needs and recommending products, ensuring proper stocking of HVAC supplies, and supporting delivery operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' needs and provide product and service recommendations under direct supervision.
• Maintain proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Assist in unloading products and deliveries.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies effectively to customers.
• Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience required.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• General HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
