Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and high-quality service to both domestic and international customers, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Receive and accurately enter customer purchase orders into the system for products and services.
  • Request and coordinate the creation of new part numbers in the system.
  • Review pricing, payment terms, and shipping terms for each order to ensure proper processing, manufacturing, and delivery.
  • Communicate order status updates and delivery timelines to customers to effectively coordinate shipments and pickups.
  • Coordinate production requests with intercompany plants for both domestic and international orders based on customer requirements.
  • Liaise with customers and the production team to provide updates on scheduled orders and ensure alignment on shipments and deliveries.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with the logistics department to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods in accordance with customer requirements.
