A Day In The Life:
This role is the first point of contact for any customer who has a purchase order, special requirement, question or an issue with a product or service from the company. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction and internally has a clear communication with sales, operations and logistics team, always considering business cost and profits.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Input in SAP the purchase orders from the customer
• Responsible of the “order – to – delivery” process
• Follow up of the trading position of each customer, always been aware of volume, price and delivery period. Commercial negotiation vs SAP.
• Follow up of the drag position with commercial team
• Responsible for addressing customer questions about products and services.
• Responsible of validate in customers portal the good receive information to proceed with invoicing process
• Maintain a record of the customers requirements (transport specs, hours, handling, etc)
• Follow up of customers complaints
• Channel communication between quality, logistics, operations and billing & collection
• Master Data: new customers, update info, extensions, etc.
• SAP key user

Additional Responsibilities:
• Cleaning customer position.
• Complaints resolution with QA Team
• SAP Trials

Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces:
External: Customer
Internal: Sales team, supply Chain, contract management, logistics, billing.

Schedule:
• Monday to Saturday, weekends availability remotely.
• Availability to travel or address change.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Logistics or commercial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, transport engineering, administration or others.
• Desirable Technical knowledge in food companies
• SAP knowledge
• Excel knowledge
