Title: Customer Service Analyst Jr

Reports to: Customer Service

Job ID: JR Customer Service Analyst

Responsibilities:

Support our customers by phone, email and Whatsapp

Resolve issues and customers complaints

Enter sales orders and provide support for warranties and returns

Follow-up on deliveries using portifolio report and deadlines

Work closely with other areas (sales, logistics, finance, importat, planning and others)

Basic Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different departaments.

Office First Hybrid Work Arrangements:

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three day per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate and office first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will collaborate in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your teams and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connection and to best serve our customers
