Do you excel in customer service and sales? At SIXT, you'll showcase your strengths while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing our premium vehicle fleet. From rental agreements to vehicle preparation, you'll take on diverse responsibilities in our branch. We'll teach you everything about our vehicles and offer excellent development opportunities, with a basic salary of £30.784,00 annually plus a competitive bonus.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience
• You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You support branch operations through various vehicle management tasks, including refuelling, deliveries and collections between branches, and preparing, cleaning and valeting vehicles to maintain our premium standards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Sales Mindset You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support
• Customer Focus You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales
• Communication You are communicative and articulate in English
• Flexibility You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays
• Driving Experience You hold a valid driver's licence with at least 12 months of driving experience
