Location: Dartmouth, NS

Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a keen eye for detail? TigerTel is a 24/7 answering service for commercial and medical clients, and we're looking for Customer Service Agents to join our growing team in Dartmouth. We are seeking team members who are passionate about building a lasting career and a stable future!

In this role, you'll be the voice of our clients, providing stellar support and accurately handling messages and calls.

• Compensation: $18.50/hr

• Hybrid Flexibility: After your first 30 days of in-office training, you'll switch to a hybrid model of 2 days in-office, 2 days remote. We provide all necessary equipment; you just need a reliable wired internet connection. Consistent schedules range from 10am-11pm AST.
