As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving enquiries, and driving satisfaction for our customers across Australia. • Provide outstanding customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.

• Maintain a professional, engaging phone manner to build trust and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Effectively manage competing priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver seamless customer experiences.
