If you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Port Melbourne Office!

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent that prides themself on providing exceptional service and providing support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries through answering calls and responding to emails.

This position will require occasional flexibility to work shift work.

Your day will involve:

  • Answer and respond to customer queries via phone and email
  • Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
  • Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
  • Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Working towards KPI's around

What are we looking for?

  • Proven Customer Service experience from within a contact centre or a fast paced retail environment
  • Be a punctual, professional and reliable team member, joining your peers in the office - 4 days per week.
  • Enthusiastic customer focus, willing to be an integral part of a busy and efficient order-taking and distribution team
  • Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
  • Computer literate
  • Positive can-do attitude & willingness to learn!
  • Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment.
