Job Description

  • Edukasi Platform (Onboarding): Memandu nasabah korporat dalam menggunakan sistem tata kelola kas (Cash Management System / CMS) untuk transaksi perusahaan.
  • Solusi Kendala Teknis (Troubleshooting): Menangani keluhan eror pada sistem, token yang terkunci, atau kegagalan transfer massal (bulk payment).
  • Manajemen Hak Akses: Memproses verifikasi keamanan untuk reset password dan pengaturan level akun (Maker, Checker, Approver).
  • Pelacakan Transaksi Gantung: Melakukan investigasi internal jika ada laporan dana tertahan atau transaksi gagal pada akun nasabah.
  • Eskalasi & Koordinasi IT: Meneruskan kendala sistem yang bersifat kompleks ke tim IT/Developer dan memantau penyelesaiannya sesuai batas waktu (SLA).
  • Pencatatan Tiket Keluhan: Mendokumentasikan setiap riwayat aduan nasabah ke dalam sistem ticketing internal secara rapi.
