The Opportunity:
Boral is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent, to join their Concrete and Quarries Contact Centre.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will assist our quarry customers with orders and general enquiries.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday (6am–5pm), with the opportunity for Saturday overtime on rotation. Your duties:

  • Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)
  • Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilities
  • Track deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systems
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
