Do you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual? Then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at Boral Norwood on a Permanent Full-Time basis!

We are seeking a Customer Solution Agent to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will be required to be available for the Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with OT opportunities available during the week and on Saturdays from 6-12pm.

Your day will involve:

  • Receiving orders and entering them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
  • Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network
  • Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
  • Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders
  • Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while ensuring customers are provided with exceptional customer service
  • Computer literacy
