We are hiring a Dispatcher / Customer Service Agent to support daily store operations and ensure smooth order processing.

Responsibilities

1. Answer phone calls and handle customer chats

2. Provide customer service and solve issues

3. Check order quality before dispatch to ensure it matches the picture

4. Assign orders to drivers and manage dispatch

5. Handle store cash and submit daily reports

6. Report low-stock items and customer special requests
