The Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor serves as the essential first point of contact for Lincolnshire County Council's emergency and non-emergency services during evenings, weekends, and overnight periods. Based in the Corporate Hub, this role involves managing high-stakes, sensitive calls from both the general public and professional bodies such as the Police and Health Services. You will be responsible for accurately gathering information to support critical services like Adult Care and Children's Services, as well as handling enquiries for District Council housing repairs and library services.
