Job Description

Due to the growing demand for optimal service, we are urgently looking for Contact Center Agents for our Service Contact Center. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for consumers with questions about our household appliances, repairs, complaints, and associated services.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Preferably, you have had a first successful work experience in a customer-oriented role.

- You have an interest in digital developments and can work well with computer systems.
