Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lincolnshire to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor Care & Wellbeing Hub, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £12.76 - £16.49 per hour

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join the Adult Care Team within the Customer Service Centre. As the first point of contact for Adult Care services, you will handle enquiries from members of the public and professionals, providing information, advice, and support while ensuring customers are directed to the most appropriate services.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for Adult Care enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Handle a wide range of customer contacts, including requests for information, advice, safeguarding concerns, and service referrals.
  • Conduct strength-based conversations to support positive outcomes and promote independence.
  • Gather accurate and relevant information to determine appropriate support and services.
  • Record customer interactions accurately using internal systems.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, or relevant experience.

Essentials:

  • Previous experience in a busy customer service, contact centre, or call centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, complex, and sometimes emotive conversations professionally.
  • Excellent typing and IT skills, including the ability to type while speaking with customers.

  • You should have right to work in U.K
