This role is in support of NWOS, a Cencora business offering the supply for surgical appliances in the UK
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Leigh on a part time basis, supporting customers with queries, order updates, and issue resolution.
You’ll be the first point of contact, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a smooth, reliable service and a great customer experience.
Location: Leigh, WN7
Hours of work: 26 hours per week, 10am-5pm
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone and email
Track orders and provide updates to customers
Resolve issues quickly, including delivery and order queries
Liaise with internal teams and external carriers
Amend orders while minimising disruption
Maintain accurate records across internal systems
Handle complaints calmly and professionally
Support service levels and team targets
Hours of work: 26 Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday 6.5 per day

Previous customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Organised with good attention to detail
Confident using IT systems
Positive, team-oriented approach
