The Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling incoming enquiries and processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a professional approach at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer service across both phone and email communications.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Respond to customer queries, providing clear and helpful information
Maintain professional and positive communication with customers at all times
Ensure all customer interactions meet quality and service standards
Skills & Experience Required
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
A customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Location: Towcester – Office based.
Hours: Monday to Thursday - 08.30am – 5.00pm. Friday 08.30am – 4.30pm.
Hybrid: Once probation is completed, one day working from home
