We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our London Depot team. This role is key in delivering excellent service by acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring efficient order and delivery management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries professionally and promptly.
Process customer orders and repeat orders in line with company standards and service targets.
Manage and coordinate customer complaints and returns, working closely with internal teams to achieve timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Respond to customer queries related to deliveries, orders, and account management.
Identify and suggest opportunities for continuous process improvements.
Maintain accurate records, complete reporting, and carry out general administrative duties.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience in order processing or logistics/customer service environment (desirable)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30-5pm
