We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to support our growing Solar Service Operations team. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, field service teams, manufacturers, and internal business partners to help ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient day-to-day operations.
The Customer Service Administrator will coordinate customer inquiries, service requests, logistics activities, warranty claims, and administrative functions while partnering with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Order Management, Sales Support, and Client Management. The pay range for this position is $40,555 - $69,523 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
