We're now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Providing customer service excellence, through effective communication, issue resolution, and reporting compliance across multiple Aftermarket transport accounts.
• The role will ensure customers receive a proactive and responsive experience, while escalating issues to senior management when required.
• The role will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of transport carriers, ensuring compliance to operational expectations are met and any issues are escalated accordinly.
• Responsibility for the compliance of a range of administrative activities that support operational teams - including system administration, internal / external reporting and transport bookings.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in line with DHL procedures.
