We’re on the lookout for our next customer service professional to join our fast-moving HQ team on the Gold Coast. This is a customer-first role where you’ll be the trusted voice of our business, supporting distributors over the phone and via email while delivering a responsive, reliable and high-quality experience with every interaction. What You’ll Do

• Be the dependable first point of contact, confidently answering inbound calls and emails
• Process the order queue efficiently, accurately and within expected timeframes
• Keep CRM records immaculate, complete and up to date
• Support the HQ team with administration, reporting and day-to-day coordination
• Take ownership of enquiries and follow through until they are resolved
• Respond to challenges with resilience, initiative and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Stay organised and focused while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
