Areas of responsibilities

  • Ensure that the contracts are handled correctly from both a commercial and legal point of view along with Ayvens customer support policies and procedures
  • Action vehicle contract In-life changes requests
  • Receive service change or data amendment request and update system with contract change within SLA
  • Process end of contract related activities
  • Complete intercompany billing activities
  • Perform cash application and payment allocation processes
  • Analyze customer account balances and resolve discrepancies
  • Process invoices and related documentation accurately and timely
  • Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency;
  • Responsible for carrying out a high-quality customer service by creating robust documentation and process mapping and be part of an end to end support of transition;
  • Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, conduct quality sample assessments and identify process improvements;
  • Perform any ad-hoc analysis as per manager’s indications ;

Job Requirements

  • University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
  • Intermediate MS Office (Excel);
  • Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
  • English (fluent, verbally and written)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented mindset
