Job Description

Customer Service & Project Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Support customer requests related to invoicing, labels, inspections, service requests, and general information.
• Coordinate customer communications and project initiation with internal teams.
• Collect customer information and required documentation to open projects.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  

Administrative Support

• Support billing, booking, and data entry activities.
• Track and manage administrative records and documentation.
• Manage stationery inventory, including ordering and stock control.
• Provide general administrative support and perform tasks assigned by the manager.
  

Compliance & Quality

• Follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all customer and administrative activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, administration, or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
