Job Title

Customer Service Administration - Sr Associate I

The role is responsible for supporting merchant onboarding activities for Fiserv’s acquiring and payment processing business. Involves reviewing merchant applications, validating documents, updating internal systems, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of onboarding requests. This position will also manage back office operational activities (admin) for the internal departments and merchants managing back-office ticket resolution activities across operational queues involving reviewing of incoming tickets, validating request details, investigating issues, updating internal systems, coordinating with relevant internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely closure of tickets within defined service level agreements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide resolution to merchant request by processing the request with accuracy.
• Review, investigate, and resolve back-office tickets accurately within defined turnaround times and service level agreements.
• Validate ticket details, supporting documents, and system information to determine the appropriate resolution path.
• Identify and address merchant needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
• Follow standard operating procedures, compliance guidelines, and data protection requirements while handling merchant information.
• Recommend improvement in the processes to bring efficiency in the process.
• Achieve good productivity number, quality score and other parameters above benchmark to be competition

Skills/Experience:

• Good experience in back-office operations, preferably in merchant onboarding, payments, banking, fintech, or card processing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency and accuracy in typing, minimum typing of 40-50 word per minute
• Ability to organize, follow-up multiple tasks / details with accuracy and timeliness
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts/week-offs as per business requirement.

Education: Graduate

Preference: Back-office, Card payment industry, customer support role experience

Excel knowledge & Computer/Laptop proficiency
