The Opportunity

Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join the team based in Cardiff, NSW. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be central to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting the team to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers. No experience? No problem, we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What Will You Do?

Working with a friendly and inclusive team, you will:

  • respond promptly and professionally to customers inquiries and quotes via phone and email
  • maintain accurate records, update job processes and invoicing for both New Build and Social Housing sectors
  • coordinate reactive works and projects within agreed timeframes
  • collaborate closely with trades, commercial, and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • proactively raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractors, ensuring smooth production, timely dispatch, coordinated freight, and accurate invoicing
  • identify opportunities to improve processes and support the team in delivering exceptional service

More About You

You are a dedicated individual with a willingness to learn, you will also have:

  • strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • a collaborative mindset and abiity to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to seeking guidance when needed
  • basic computer literacy and experience with systems including familiarity with MS Office (training will be provided)
