Job Description
Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer and wholesaler specialising in high-quality automotive accessories and lifestyle products. Operating for over 50 years, they supply major retailers across Australasia with a strong emphasis on product innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
They are now seeking to hire a Customer Service Administration Assistant to join their team and deliver exceptional support across multiple customer communication channels. This role plays a critical part in processing custom product orders, assisting buyers, and maintaining smooth administrative operations
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly across phone, email, and social media messaging platforms
- Conduct both inbound and outbound customer support calls
- Support customer service needs across online marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, Catch, Kogan, and TradeMe
- Follow up on customer sample and swatch requests
- Manage customer review responses to maintain high satisfaction levels
Order Management & Administration
- Learn and interpret the detailed product catalogue with a primary focus on custom seat covers
- Assist the broader team in processing customer orders with high accuracy to avoid costly errors
- Input details into HubSpot and assign tasks to relevant support personnel
- Capture weekend customer activity to assist in reducing Monday backlog
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, telephone support, or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional, friendly, and helpful phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience interpreting complex or technical product catalogues
- Prior experience within the automotive parts or accessories sector
- Experience using customer management tools like HubSpot, Hiver, or Smartsheet
- Familiarity with ERP software or legacy databases such as AS400 and Oscar
Working Hours in PH time
During Training Period
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Friday - 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM
After Training (30hrs work week)
- Monday - 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday - 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday - 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
