As our Customer Service Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Operations team, ensuring smooth communication,accuratecontract management, and high-quality customer interactions.
In this role, you will:
Support sales activities by preparing documentation, processing contract changes, andassistingwith renegotiations.
Manage service contract terminations, cancellations, and billing adjustments in collaboration with the Billing Administrator.
Carry out data checks and quality audits for new contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Take ownership of customer queries, coordinating with salespeople, service supervisors, and other departments to providetimelyresponses.
Provide general administrative support, including managing safety and site access documents, technician shifts, maintenance plan updates, and work center data changes.
Assistwith material requests, purchase requisitions, and follow-ups on deliveries.
Support public tenders by preparing proposals,assistingin contract creation, and ensuring smooth handovers.
Manage customer reporting, including preparing instructions for KONE Business Services, verifying portal data, and delivering reports for key accounts.
Collect customer feedback, prepare summaries of customer experience metrics, and support digitalization initiatives.
Oversee service billing activities, ensuringtimelyinvoicing, managing credit notes, cancellations, andmaintainingbilling accuracy.
As a strategic partner, you will strengthen customer service administration practices, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organization.
