Key Responsibilities:

• Works under immediate supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
• Assists with obtaining customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.
• Assists with answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
• Assists with resolving basic customers' service or billing complaints.
• Assists with keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience using JDE
• 1+ years of Account Management experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook
• Experience effectively managing and responding to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Ability to analyze and make decisions based on company policies
• Ability to prioritize and manage work load
• Ability to work independently or with a team
