RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage End-to-End Customer Order Processing: Receive, validate, cleanse, modify, and process customer orders while ensuring accurate and efficient order management throughout the Order-to-Cash process.
• Monitor and Resolve Order Issues: Manage order blocks, release credit-blocked orders, process change requests, handle backorders, and ensure timely order releases.
• Coordinate Deliveries and Fulfillment: Create and process deliveries, collaborate with supply chain partners, and ensure products are delivered on time and in full to customers.
• Execute Billing and Financial Transactions: Create customer invoices and process credit notes, debit notes, rebates, and other order-related financial transactions accurately.
• Handle Customer Service and Complaint Resolution: Manage customer inquiries, complaints, return orders, disputes, and service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support Accounts Receivable Activities: Manage collections, support dispute resolution, and contribute to effective cash collection and account reconciliation processes.
• Maintain Data Accuracy and Process Compliance: Manage customer and master data, maintain pricing conditions, ensure adherence to company process standards, and support continuous day-to-day operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• relevant working experience
• SAP Knowledge
• Microsoft 365
