About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong office administration and customer service skills to join our team at our Dandenong South.. In this key role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including serving trade customers. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to drive outcomes, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrate a proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail.

Duties include:

• Preparation of system-generated picking/packing reports for warehouse/production area

• Serving trade customers including processing sales orders, generating invoices & stock enquiries

• Scheduling of outgoing freight via our internal delivery service or 3rd party freight providers

• Receiving incoming calls & emails for orders and/or general enquiries

• Processing payments (cash, eftpos/credit cards)

• General administration as required

Skills & Experience:

• This position would suit someone who has had experience with building materials and/or logistics.

• Excellent time management

• Ability to multi-task

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

• Experience with software for processing sales and dispatching of goods

• Experience in warehouse distribution/stock movement highly regarded
