Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Star Services LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and report any recurring issues or trends to management
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Knowledge of the Dubai, United Arab Emirates market is a plus
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday. The successful candidate will be based in our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
