About the role:

As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) your key focus includes:
Put safety first, always, looking out for yourself, your teammates, and every customer who walks through the door.
Deliver genuine, down‑to‑earth serviceand create moments that customers remember (for the right reasons!)
Use your strong customer service skills to help drive positive sales resultsand keep the store humming.
Keep the showroom looking sharp with great presentation and merchandising standards
Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
Be an enthusiastic, supportive Repco team member who helps build a fun, positive team culture
No Automotive experience? No worries! Bring your personality, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to learn and we’ll take care of the rest with all the training you need to hit the ground running.
