Position:

Customer Sales Representative

As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a global leader in the distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to clients around the world. Our business is built on trusted, long-lasting relationships with industry leaders — both suppliers and customers.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers.

This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based either in Porto, Portugal.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Order-to-Invoice process,
• Communicating with customers and suppliers, providing after-sales support (primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat),
• Order management and backlog monitoring,
• Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes,
• Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics,
• Ensuring On-Time Delivery in line with customer and company targets,
• Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in English C1-C2 level is essential, and additional language is beneficial - Italian
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced),
• Previous experience in Customer Service,
• Excellent communication and coordination skills,
• A customer-focused mindset,
• Strong team player.
