What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

Based in our Shirley centre, you’ll be the friendly face of the AA—bringing a warm, bubbly personality and customer-first mindset to every interaction.

As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll:

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services

  • Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service

  • Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors

  • Handle a variety of tasks, including general administrative and customer service support

  • Work standard hours across Monday to Friday — 40 hours per week.
