Customer Sales and Service - Tonyrefail - Full Time, Office Based

This is a varied customer service role where you'll look after your own customer accounts, process orders, answer queries, provide quotations, and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Looking after customer accounts and building lasting relationships.
• Providing outstanding customer service by phone and email.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Producing personalised quotations and providing pricing information.
• Keeping customers updated on their orders and resolving any queries quickly.
• Liaising with suppliers and delivery providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Updating the CRM and quotation systems with customer and order information.
• Matching invoices with delivery notes.
• Working closely with colleagues to manage stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell or introduce customers to additional products and services where appropriate.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous customer service experience within an office, contact centre or call centre environment.
• Loves speaking with customers and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Has experience of managing customer accounts or building long-term customer relationships.
• Is comfortable making and receiving telephone calls to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
• Has some sales experience, whether that's upselling, cross-selling, following up quotations or keeping in regular contact with existing customers.
• Is organised, accurate and confident using computer systems.
• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
• Has good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Is comfortable working with numbers and processing quotations (full training provided).

What's On Offer?

• Salary up to £28,500 depending on experience.
• Full-time, office-based role.
• Working hours between 8:30am–5:00pm (8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm).
• Early finish on Fridays (on a rota when working compressed hours).
