Who we’re looking for

  • Self‑driven
You enjoy working in a sales environment where achieving the right outcomes for customers goes hand‑in‑hand with meeting targets and FCA requirements.
  • Empathetic and a great listener
You take the time to understand customer needs, helping you recommend suitable products and build genuine trust.
  • Resilient and adaptable
You’re comfortable working in a regulated, high‑energy environment. When challenges arise, you stay positive, adapt your approach and keep learning.
  • Curious with a growth mindset
You’re open to learning about new products, processes and compliance updates, helping you consistently deliver great customer outcomes.
  • Clear and confident communicator
You explain things simply and transparently, avoiding jargon and ensuring customers fully understand their options.
  • Comfortable working independently
You’re motivated, organised and able to work autonomously within a hybrid role.

How will you contribute?

As an Outbound Sales Advisor working on a hybrid basis, you will play a pivotal role within the business as you help customers safeguard their valuable household electrical items, through our insurance cover protection options. You will provide the features and benefits of our protection plans to customers, whilst also addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have. You will focus on ensuring the very best outcome for customers during each interaction.

You will be part of a supportive team that values your efforts and celebrates your success, fostering an environment where your contributions are recognised and appreciated.

Whilst challenging, it is incredibly rewarding as you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our customers.
